Note: You must wait until your wager has been graded as a winner before submitting your claim below. Losing wagers do not qualify for a bonus. The bet stake must be a minimum of $25 to qualify.

This promotion will run from 12:01 AM ET on Monday July 7th until Friday August 8th at 11:59 PM ET.
Only straight wagers, parlays and teasers are eligible. In-Running, Future and Prop bets are not included.
Only wagers of $25 or greater will be included in this promotion.
Multiple wagers on the same outcome(s) will not qualify. Should this occur, we will only pay a bonus on the first ticket placed, as verified by the time stamp on the Bet Ticket. In the case of parlays or teasers, any tickets containing the exact combination of outcomes will not qualify. Again we will only pay out on the first ticket placed.
The 25% and the 50% Win Bonuses awarded as part of this promotion carry the standard 20X rollover requirement, which must be rolled over in the Sportsbook. The $100.00 and $500.00 Win Bonuses will be deposited as cash in your account and do not have a rollover requirement.
Qualifying bets are not cumulative, only one bonus per wager.
Bonus funds will be awarded within 24-48 hours after the claim is submitted. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours after the event is graded; any claim submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible.
No bets placed and/or graded prior to July 7th 2008 are eligible for this promotion.
The maximum payout on this promotion per account is $25.00 for tickets ending in 7, $50.00 for tickets ending in 77, $100.00 for tickets ending in 777 and $500.00 for tickets ending in 7777.
